Там даже пайка не может . Слой алюминия добавлял прочность трубе . Если кондиционер включат на тепло. То разорвет трубу. Я такое ремонтирую гильзивкой двух трубок . Если это система на 32 или 410 газе. Ее надо проверять минимум 50 барами . Такой сьем алюминия недопустим .

You should not do that

The clear mylar backing has to be removed so the silicone can stick to itself. It doesn't say to remove it in this video, nor does it say it on the packaging, although I did find it innthe f.a.q. @ rescuetape.com. It seems the packaging designer is more concerned with making people aware of the company's social media (instagram, youtube, facebook, etc.) presence than they are with clear instructions on the product.

Be careful people. Shoving a lot of amps over a thin wire could easily cause overheating and the sheathing to smoke or even catch on fire. Don't leave this unattended, and try to use a decent gauge wire. It's also worth knowing that lithium cells can be permanently ruined if they are completely depleted of charge. This doesn't happen in normal use because the battery shuts off long before that, but if a drained battery also sits unused for a few years it can be ruined. Its a good idea to store batteries with around 50-70% when they wont be used for a while, and they should be checked and charged a little if needed every 1-2 hears or so. This charging problem happens exactly because the voltage is significantly below what is expected of a healthy "empty" pack, so the charger can't be sure it's safe or even the correct type of battery it's connected to. That said, jumpstarting like this normally doesn't cause issues - but you need to be present during charging, test it thorough after. Storing it in a fire-proof area for the next few days is probably wise too. You need to treat the thing as a fire hazard until you see that is stable and operates normally though a few cycles. Lithium battery fires are not to be trifled with, and very depleted batteries can form shunts/dendrites internally that could make them short and fail catastrophically. This isn't just a "fix" - it is purposefully overriding safety features, so treat it as such.
