If you use a Rob Tool, you can run water while snaking. It will also keep the clog from.moving and.clogging the line further down (in soft blockage cases). Look up the rigid k9-201. They come with 2 Rob tools, basically just a cut p trap arm, so you can run water.while.running your snake through the p trap arm.

Government fear mongering here. Flow restriction is for draining purposes not government overreach. A restrictor is matched to the plumbing of your drain. Tub/ shower has 2” drain, bath sink has 1 1/4” drain, and kitchen sink has a 1 1/2” drain. A restrictor makes sure your drains are able to work properly and not overflow. 🤦🏻 You’d know all of this if plumbing was your profession.
